My name is Guillermo Arellano. I have over 25 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) in large organizations. I am passionate about web applications, especially how end-users interact with them.
In my years working in large organizations, I often saw how painful it was for knowledge workers to use the web tools that IT would force upon them. Awful, hard-to-use web interfaces contributed to lackluster performance and decreased job satisfaction. Worse, this translates to poor business process management and knowledge sharing across departments and amongst teams. I decided to make it my goal to improve the user experience of business applications by building more responsive web applications that are a joy to use.
