My name is Guillermo Arellano. I have over 15 years of experience working in Information Technology (IT) in large organizations. I am passionate about working on web applications, especially when it comes to the way that end-users interact with them. In my years of working in large organizations, I often saw how painful it was for knowledge workers to use the web tools that IT would force upon them. Awful, hard-to-use web interfaces contributed to lackluster performance and a decline in job satisfaction. Worse, this translates to poor business processes management and knowledge sharing across departments and amongst teams. I decided to make it my goal to improve the user experience of business applications by building more responsive web applications that are a joy to use.
